UMass Faculty and Staff can now order business cards online, for less than the University Print Center charges, and pick them up at our Hadley store or have them delivered to campus approximately two business days after you approve your proof.

Requirements:

  • You must chose from one of the University approved designs.
  • You must provide a valid University email address for us to send the proof to and to contact you with any questions.
  • You may choose Black ink for your name or for all text at no additional cost; however the seal and the words "University of Massachusetts Amherst" must be printed in Maroon.
  • Your cards will be printed based on the information you enter below; check everything carefully before submitting this form as we can not be responsible for typo's. Do not enter anything in ALL CAPS unless that is how you want it printed. If something doesn't apply, please enter "NONE" in the appropriate field so we know you didn't forget anything.
  • A $5.00 charge applies if you change your information or cancel your order after we create a proof. You will receive your proof within two business days, but we often create them within just a few hours of receiving your order, so please make sure everything's correct before submitting, and review the order confirmation you will receive a few minutes later. The order confirmation is sent automatically - if you do NOT receive an email confirmation with 1/2 hour, please call 413.586.7133 to make sure we received your order.
  • Payment may be made by University ProCard or Purchase Order.
  • 2-sided cards are also available; please call 413.586.7133 or email us if that is what you need (pricing shown applies to single-sided business cards).

Proofs will be sent to the email address you provide below (it must be a UMass address) within two business days. Your cards will be delivered or available for pick up approximately two days after that.
