We can take your computer file, scan your artwork, or create custom art for you, make the screens or digitized file for use with our new embroidery machine, and provide most printing and embroidery services right at our shop in Hadley, Massachusetts, reducing shipping costs and speeding turn-around for local customers from Northampton to Amherst, Springfield to Greenfield. U-Mass and 5-College students - the PVTA bus stops right at our parking lot!
T-shirts and Other Apparel
We offer high quality shirts, including Gildan, Jerzees and Hanes Beefy-T's. We are also able to order hoodies, sweats, jackets, shorts, caps and aprons in a variety of brands, styles and colors.
Looking for a t-shirt worthy of your message? Might we suggest a sturdy 5.4 oz. 100% cotton t-shirt from Gildan, featuring seamless rib collar, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, double needle sleeve and bottom hem? In other words, they're built to last.
Or perhaps you prefer a Hanes heavy-weight Beefy-T? Or a baseball jersey? Visit us at our store in Hadley, Massachusetts to look at samples or browse our online catalog. We are able to order many styles and types of shirts, or may be able to print on shirts you provide yourself.
On request, we can store screens for up to two years, so if you are likely to re-order the same design, let us know and save future screen making charges.
Only need a few shirts? Bring us your computer file or photo and we can do same or next day photo transfers on an in-stock shirt, or bring your own (recommended: 100% cotton, white or a light color).
Custom Embroidery
Looking for a more professional appearance? Customize clothing for your staff, club or sports team. Sunraise Printing and Promotional is able to offer embroidery services on-site in our Hadley store. We can take your file or create one for you, have it professionally digitized, and embroider your shirts, jackets, caps or aprons right here, reducing shipping costs and speeding turn-around time. Embroidery is a great option for jackets and fleece outerwear, or items which can not be screen-printed.
Need a special gift? How about custom-embroidered napkins, towels or blankets? These are great for housewarming gifts or to celebrate a birth.
Photo Transfers
For small quantities or photographic reproduction, consider a photo transfer. We can use your digital artwork or scan your drawing. This can often be done in one day.
Since the transfer is printed directly from your computer file or scanned image, there's no need to make screens or digitize an embroidery file. You can use your own T-shirt or one of our stock shirts. Photo transfers are recommended for white or very light colored fabrics, as the cloth color will show through the image (though we have had very good results with our new machine and transfer material doing transfers on black shirts; however, we can not guarantee results on dark materials). Further, 100% cotton fabric is best as the image is heat-set and synthetic fabrics such as nylon or spandex may melt or warp in the heat.
Golf Caps, Baseball Caps & Other Hats
Suitable for either screen printing or embroidery, caps and hats are another great way to promote your business or commemorate a special event. Less expensive than jackets, these are a great option for sports teams or businesses that work outdoors, such as landscapers and construction workers.
Tote Bags, Messenger Bags
& Beach Bags
Custom printed bags are a great promotional item. Your customers will love them, while displaying your message all over town! We are able to provide screen printing or embroidery on a wide range of tote bags, shopping bags, messenger bags and beach bags. Custom insulated lunch bags are great for schools. Tote, shopping and messenger bags are great for conferences and workshops or to sell in your store. Visit us in Hadley to look at samples or browse our online catalog.
Note that if you supply your own bags, we can not guarantee how long printed images will last. Some bags don't have the dye set into the cloth; when the dye washes out, so will the image printed on it. Other bags may shrink slightly, causing embroidery to 'pucker'. For best results, let us supply the bags! If you supply your own, wash them in hot water at least three times before bringing them to us to print or embroider.
