Short run and specialty labels serve a variety of needs. Depending on their purpose, they may be cut into custom shapes, printed on specialty stock, and printed in short-run or large quantities. Craftspeople and small manufactures use short-run digitally printed full color labels or labels on gold or silver foil to brand their products. Medical offices may use custom decals printed on bold orange or yellow stock to highlight important information, or appointment labels for patients to use in their calendars and date books. Warning labels, non-removeable and inventory control labels, or easily torn warranty strip labels all serve specific purposes and can save your business time and money.

Roll and Sheet Labels

Roll and sheet labels are your best bet for larger quantities of labels using standard shapes and sizes. Roll labels are inexpensive and can be printed using various stock and ink colors, with or without custom artwork. Don't think just address labels! Sheet labels are usually printed with 'form' information, then used in laser or inkjet printers. Make sure you specify what kind of printer you are most likely to use, as the least expensive inkjet labels may peel off inside laser printers, which use heat to set the toner. That can ruin a toner cartridge.
